Refund & Returns Policy – Pujapaath

At Pujapaath, we strive to ensure every customer has a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy return and exchange process.

Return & Exchange Policy

Request Window: All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
How to Request: You can place your request directly through our website under the Support → Return & Exchange section or contact us via email or phone.
Processing Charges: A ₹150 processing fee will be applicable per return or exchange request.
Product Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned in the same condition as delivered. Requests may be rejected if the product is damaged, used, or missing original packaging.
Pickup & Logistics: Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange pickup within 2–3 working days. Customers are not required to arrange shipping separately.
Packaging Instructions: Please ensure the items are packed securely with all original packaging materials to avoid damage during transit.
Exchange Orders: After the returned product is received, our team will conduct a quality inspection. Upon approval, the replacement item will be shipped promptly.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the form of a one-time-use store credit/coupon code, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
The coupon code can only be redeemed once per order.
In case a prepaid order is not accepted at the time of delivery after shipment, a deduction of ₹150 will be applied towards forward and reverse shipping charges.
